Jennifer Dimaris is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF) and CEO of Jennifer Dimaris Coaching. Jennifer spent 25 years as a Brand Management Executive at esteemed companies including Starbucks, General Mills, Jack in the Box, and Honeywell. Through her own leadership challenges and growth, she developed an insightful and empathetic coaching approach. Jennifer helps aspiring businesswomen at key inflection points in their careers overcome barriers and elevate their leadership skills for accelerated performance.
Jennifer attended Indiana University School of Business and has an MBA from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. In addition to running her own business, she is a BetterUp Coach, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, facilitator for Wharton Women’s Circles, and Personal Branding keynote speaker. Jennifer serves as Board President of the Green Apron Alliance, Starbucks's largest global Alumni Network, and Secretary of the Founding Chapter of ICF Southern Nevada.
She and her husband George split their residency between Las Vegas and Seattle. Jennifer is Mom to a college senior in Boston. Most days you can find Jennifer in the pool swimming laps. She recently discovered Pickleball and aspires to win at least one tournament in 2023.
